A contamination-free way to prepare PCR reactions
- Samples remain at 0°C for over one hour
- Color changes above 7°C
This low-profile cooler holds 96 0.2 mL or 0.5 mL tubes at a temperature between 0°C and 7°C for approximately two hours (at an ambient temperature of 22°C). Unit changes color when temperature rises above 7°C from either purple to pink or dark blue to light blue.
NOTE: must be pre-chilled for two hours at -20°C
