Micro Filtering Flasks
These PYREX® VISTA™ micro filtering flasks are recommended for microchemical use. The vacuum hose is attached to the flask's sidearm. A funnel is inserted into the neck of the flask through a ground joint or rubber stopper. The applied vacuum facilitates the filtration process. These flasks have permanent blue enamel marking spots. The filtering flask is designed to ASTM E-1406 Type 2.
Heavy Wall Filtering Flasks
These PYREX® VISTA™ filtering flasks have sidearm tabulations. For convenience, the flasks are graduated to show approximate capacity. The neck finish affords a fit for rubber stoppers. The filtering flask is designed to ASTM E-1406 Type 2.
