GeBAflex-tube™ defines the next generation technology in dialysis of small-volume samples based on a single-use tube, single step ranging from as small as 10 to 250 µl MINI GeBAflex-tube, 50 to 800 µl MIDI GeBAflex-tube size to 100 - 3000 µ MAXI GeBAflex-tube size. By changing the MAXI GeBAflex-tube cap (two caps are provided with the kit) one can easily adjust the dialysis volume between 100-2000 and 100-3000 µl. Loading and unloading of samples is the most secure and convenient in the market. GeBAflex-tube™ gel extraction kit extracts small nucleic acid fragments as DNA, oligonucleotides (down to 15nt) and RNA molecules. It can also be used to extract protein-nucleic acid complexes and large size DNA fragments (>100kb) from agarose gel. GeBAflex-tube™ is based on a single-use Eppendorf-style tube.
