Durable bottle for extra-rugged service. Polypropylene bottle with white polypropylene closure and TPE gasket provide leakproof service. Can withstand the application of full vaccum for 24 hours at 20°C. Useful in various scale up activities in cell culture application. Suitable as a vacuum waste-aspirator bottle when used with a barbed bulkhead fitting (Thomas number 1753M30). 1752M85 and 1752M92 accept Nalgene filling/venting closures, 83B size (1753M10). 1752M70 and 1752M75 accept Nalgene filling/venting closures, 53B size (0656U14). Autoclavable.
NOTE: before autoclaving, set closure on top of bottle without engaging threads.
