The ball is placed on top of the acrylic square, which is positioned on top of an aluminum post. The spring is pulled tight and then released which shoots the square out from under the ball. The balls falls into a concave recession in the post. Similar to pulling a tablecloth out from under a set table of dishes. Teacher instructions are included.
